Per hour, how many CDR are burned?, and what type if blank media are used
for the thermal printing?

Is there a fully automated system, that places discs into jewel cases,
shrink wraps and prints booklets etc?

Outside of a CD pressing facility, are there system that can be bought?

You can use almost any silver top non labeled CD for thermal printing.It
dosen't need a special CD like inkjet printing and is much more durable.

On average it does 30 to 50 CDs an hr.It all depends on how big the master
is.It is all automated to so you can set it up at night and go to bed and
in
the morning you got duplicated and printed CDs all ready to go.

There are automated systems for putting inserts and CDs in cases but they
are big money.We just hire people to do it and pay them so much per 100
CDs.

Thanks Troy...these replicators are interesting, if you do mass duplication,
for whatever reason, a system like this is a must.
