Default Fastest Sata HD for a RAID-0?

I'm assembling a K8V Deluxe and wanted to have a Sata RAID-0 with a medium
size RAID-0 (~ 80/120 GB in all).
What is the model and manufacturer of the fastest HD for this purpose?

WD Raptor.

The only 10 000 RPM ATA drive.

They come in 36 or 74GB (the 74 might not be available just yet), which
nicely falls just outside of your ranges :-)

I own the 36GB one, it's proper fast.

The 74GB ones have support for tagged queuing 'cos they're native SATA, they
also have FDB (fluid bearings) which should make them a little quieter.

Not the cheapest drive around, but it is the fastest without going SCSI or
similar.
