Mobile 2500 barton what ram to use ?

I agree but you still need the right ram so not to waste the cpu and
mobo power as well thats all i want to know what ram ?

Just confused maybe somthing in between pc3500 ect ?, just want the
best ram for the system somthing i know i can up the FSB and be good
enough but not ram that i wont be able to use on the system ?

I know i shoudl be able to push the 3200 to 220fsb easy enough so
woudl that be enough ?
