Default Photo's to CD

I have a bunch of photos that I'd like to burn to a cd. I'd like to also
put some sort of viewing program in it that's fairly easy to use. I want to
make copies of the cd's for older, less computer literate family member and
I'd like them to be able to pop the cd in and look at the pictures without
much hassle.

Any suggestions appreciated,

Thanks in advance...

Include a copy of Irfanview. To make things even easier, make the CD
autorun and start the on-Disc Irfanview to run a slideshow on
insertion of the CD (instruction in the Irfanview help files). To top
it all off, you can distribute copies of Irfanview legally.

Make a VCD or SVCD. Nero is pretty easy. You can make a slide show with
pause duration of your choice or just thumb nails. Most, but not all
stand alone (tv) DVD players will play them. They will also play on
computers with DVD decoders (actual DVD drive in the PC not required).

You may want to try MemoriesOnTV (http://www.MemoriesOnTV.com/).

It offers elegant visual effects, coupled with Ken Burns Pan & Zoom,
like those you often see in professionally made documentaries.
