Sorry I didn't include my specs, here they a

Mainboard: ASUSTeK
Processor: P4 2.02 GHz
RAM: 512 MB DDR SD-RAM (480MB actual, 32Mb shared with video card)
HD: 40 GB
Monitor: Sony CPD-G220R (17")
Video: SiS 640_750 32MB (SHARED)
Sound: AC97 Audio
OS: Windows XP Pro

Normally that 32M shared would be a real bummer to main memory, but since
you have 512M, an upgrade in terms of more main memory won't matter. What
will matter is the speed of the RAM for the video card, not to mention the
fact that you'll now have 256M video RAM instead of 32M. That's overkill,
but I'm sure you'll find it a huge improvement. The video on your system
was a bottleneck in terms of gaming, and you definitely needed a new card.
Whether or not it's the perfect card for your system and budget is
quibbling. You have a good gaming rig now, so start enjoying.

Thank you all for you posts. I'll probably keep the card, since I'll most
definitelly make a huge leap with it. For now, the FX5600 will satisfy my
needs. I guess I'll be more picky when I get used to it's capabilities.
Thanks again.
