Deskpro EXM/815/P1.0 black screens and shuts down unexpectedly -repeatable
For the last week or so, a Deskpro EXM/815/P1.0 running Win2K sp4 black
screens and shuts down unexpectedly - 100% repeatable - during nightly Ghost 9.0 backup. Starts up again manually in the morning. I ran the Ghost job and babysat it during the daytime to see what happens and it does as described above. No error log, no crash dump, no event log. Black screen, power off. Open files are left hanging. Source machine HD shows SMART OK. No impact on target machine when the shut down occurs. Any ideas? Thx.
