Default fitting zalman passive cooler to Asus Ti4400

I wish to get a Zalman ZM80C-HP silver fanless design heatpipe for my
Asus Ti4400. ( I will also buy the fan as I expect to upgrade in a few
months).

Can anybody confirm that this cooler will work with my card. I did a
google search and found someone had fitted a ZM80-A (the previous model) to
this particular card, just wondering whether this new version is still
compatible.

I know they fit to 4400 cards, but I want to be sure it will fit to the
Asus one.

Any tips from people who've done it also much appreciated. TIA.
