Default Arctic Cooler for VGA cards

I'm thinking about buying one of these for my Hercules Phophet 9800 Pro.
I've read a few reviews on it and it seems to perform well with
overclocking and isn't very loud either.

Does anyone here have one? Do you think it's worth it? How difficuult
is the install?

TIA
