P4P800 Two Questions
Hello,
I am trying to figure out two thing: 1. I'm running Linux Redhat 9.0 and when I do a shutdown the machine will shotdown but not power off. I have turned off APCI and only hae APM enabled. I would like the machine to turn off completely. 2. I would also like to be able to turn the machine on by either the keyboard or the mouse. I have enabled both options in the BIOS but neither works. Which key strokes turn on the machine? How does the mouse turn on the machine? Any help here would be great. Thanks, Jon |

I can't help with your first question but your second question is a fix on
the latest BIOS 1008. Go read the readme file for it. Hope this helps, J. "Jon" wrote in message m... Hello, I am trying to figure out two thing: 1. OK. I've downloaded the latest BIOS 1008 and installed it. Now I see
they keystrokes-- CTRL-ESC and Space Bar. When I try either of those it still doesn't work. Anyone else have better luck than me? I even tried the mouse but I think that is not supported in the BIOS release. Thanks, Jon "John Smith" wrote in message ...
