Default IrDA Header in IC7-G Mobo

Hello Group:

I am using an IC7-G mobo in a WinMCE system. I'd like to be able to turn
on the PC with the remote like the store-bought machines can, but the USB-
connected IR receivers don't work to start the PC.

What kind of IR receiving device can I buy to connect to the IR connector
on the mobo, and does anyone know if that will even solve my problem?

Thanks,
Mike
