Abit IT-7 MAX 2
I was thinking about buying an Abit IT-7 MAX 2 ver.2, since it has all
the whistles and buzzers I need --- I don-t really need a 800 MHz FSB-- at a good price. Is there any reason I shouldn't get this board? Thanks in advance |

The only problem I had related to a faulty SATA lead that caused me a few headaches at boot up time with an (apparent) broken raid that could be cured by wiggling the cable and would be fine for weeks after that. Eventually, the fault went hard, and I was able to isolate the problem, and its been fine ever since I replaced the cable. One of, if not, the best, boards I've used. Simon |
