I must be lucky Nvidia Put a DX9 core into my Geforce Ti 200

Aint i LUCKY, the game works just fine and fast.

Yeah, worked on my 4200 fine too. The game DOES say though that a
fully dx9 card required after you install.......

It says "100% DirectX 9 Compatible". That means that the board doesn't
crash DirectX 9, not that it has hardware acceleration of all the
features of DirectX 9. The TNT2 is listed as a supported board, and I
don't think it has full acceleration even for DirectX _8_, let alone
_9_.

Bolocks, no it does not..

There is mention on the site that there might be problems with some
boards even though they are using supported chipsets--that may be what
he's encountering.

Hi,

I wonder what they mean by that?

It runs fine on my AIW8500dv (DirX 8 based) card so what does that tell you?

DirX 9 "compatible" does not exactly mean DirX 9 features must be supported.
"Compatible" simply means just that..."Compatible with". I am willing to
bet that even my old Kyro II and Radeon 7500 cards will also run EFII just
fine with the latest drivers.
