Bootable CDR with HTML page as source?

How do I set up a CDR autorun.inf file so that my HTML page kicks off ?

This doesn't work even if the association is in the registry.

[autorun]
OPEN=INDEX.HTM

Can CDRs only boot up EXE files ?

Or do you mean iexplore.exe as the file associations for 'htm' and 'html'

I tried the program you suggested but for some reason it does something like
parsing the Web page as the font size is thrown out and the table of
graphics, instead of being in two columns are just a single column down the
left-hand side.

CDRs are cheap so I'll try smh's idea.

I looked at several means of doing this on Win98 and WinXP systems,
and the best free application I've found is using software called
MenuBox by Cloanto (www.cloanto.com). For just having a CD autorun an
html page, the software is free, but if you want more features (and
there are many) it's available under a license.

I do this all the time, and the autorun.inf would have:

[autorun]
shellexecute=index.htm

Now, if it's not just a web page on the root of the CD, but a web site
contained within a folder, you'd have the autorun.inf say:

[autorun]
shellexecute=foldername\index.htm
