Default Syba "SD-SATA150R" Pin Header

Is the 2-pin header (labelled "JP1") on the Syba "SD-SATA150R" (SATA
controller card), for the HDD activity LED?

Thank you, in advance.

I'd already downloaded and read that "User Manual" (in JPEG format),
but...I'd overlooked some pertinent information, alas.

Thanks, once again!
