Best GeForce 6800 card?
NewEgg has the folowing two cards on sale and I was wondering if anyone
knows which is the better card or are they basically the same? XFX PVT40KNDD3 Geforce 6800 128MB DDR AGP 4X/8X Video Card - Retail - $164.00 Leadtek A400 TDH Geforce 6800 128MB DDR AGP 4X/8X Video Card - Retail - $167.00

Much better heatsinks are used. XFX has built some not so hot cards from what I have read.

My XFX 6800 is ok by me ... I use 1024x768 2D and typically 1280x1024 for
games ... and it unlocked to 16/6 pixel/vertex processors (RivaTuner). OT: And it really ****es me off that I can't simply upgrade to a 7800. "David Gorick" wrote in message ... Note on the XFX, the HS doesn't even touch the RAM, where the Leadtek covers it all. I have a Leadtek 6800le that rips when OC'd. Google 6800 and unlocking. Have fun!
