Remember back on August 18th, the problem I had with burning a DAO music
disc using Roxio Easy CD?
I'm using a Sony CRX230-A burner. It came with
B's CLIP and B's Recorder GOLD5 software, which I installed, tried it, hated
it, and went back to Easy CD, mainly because B's wont let you burn a CD-R
data disc...CD-RW only, and because its super slow preparing audio data.
Wrote Roxio, my version 5 is no longer supported.
So yesterday I dug out the B's Recorder GOLD5, installed it, and it will let
me burn a DAO, no problem.
I've set Easy CD and B's recorder NOT to load at startup, no problems so
far.
Evidently the Sony burner doesnt like Easy CD for some functions.

So it seems. I'm glad you found a solution without spending money for it.
