No Support from Gigabyte, time to change MoBo Brand..
This is who I contacted and got OK support answers back within a couple of

Well.. I wouldn't say *every* other mb manufacturer. I had some
trouble with my new Chaintech mb, so I called the number listed on the card and a tech answered in a couple of rings and was great help, too.
