Default Video to appear on TV Nview Clone mode

After struggling with trying to get video to play in clone mode on my
tv I Figured out while version 3.6 Asylum Drivers that ONLY When I
click Desktop manager and then user interface and then enable nview
toolbar will it work.
video will play on both monitor and TV.
From that toolbar choose clone mode...all other places to enable the
clone mode DO NOT WORK. Why I have no idea. Also tried newer versions
and have had it not even work in the above fix.
