Default OpenGL acceleration in TwinView mode

When I switc my GeForce4Ti 4800 in TwinView I can select
in OpenGL properties driver page to allow acceleration
on both head or only on primary.

Im delevoping OpenGL application and I need to enable acceleration
only on one head and on secondary head. Is there any way to
cheat driver and setup acceleration only on second head?

If I enable acceleration on both head, I got poor OpenGL performance.

Also, I try to "switch" head (monitor is secondary device, and TV
is primary), and my app work OK, but every other doesn't work
correct. MS Visual C++ 6.0 screw up resource editor, many
other applications open tool windows on TV-out.
