Default Camera + Harddisk + Software = UFO Spotting Device ?

Hello,

I am getting more and more interesting in UFO videos and especially trying
to capture UFO stuff myself =D

Even if it are planes or other natural phenomenon sounds like lots of fun !

So I might be interested in purchasing:

1. A camera which can record video at day at night !

2. A camera with enough storage capacity to video tape the whole day ! (Me
thinks harddisk could be enough ? or maybe not )

Let's see 24 hours * 60 minutes * 60 seconds * 30 frames per second * 1 MB
(hi res frames) = 2.4 Terrabyte.

So maybe not tape a few hours, maybe a bit higher compression, maybe lower
from rate and it should be doable with a 1 Terrabyte harddisk, which exists
today I do want high quality images if possible Tired of seeing blurry
ufo videos =D Even blurry still interesting though... Just wanna see
something better and more detailed lol.

3. Video processing software to automatically scan the video material for
any interesting footage.

Now that I think of the blurry images here is further enhancements:

4. Auto rotate and zoom in functionality.

5. Super lens to zoom in real close with auto focus and tracking
capabilities.

Maximum cost:

1000 euro's but then it has to be REAAALLLY GOOD STUFF.

Cause 1000 bucks is a lot to spent on nonsense or nothing

But just in case a spectacular ufo does fly by I want to have it LOL.

I have already seen enough interesting things fly by

Bye,
Skybuck =DDDDDDDD

Follow up set to alt.ufo.reports as well

Could be interesting for that newsgroup as well

Two Questions to ufo spotters in this newsgroup:

1. Do you have any special ufo spotting devices ?

2. Or do you know something about such equipment ? =D

Bye,
Skybuck.

Why spend money on that ? He can run that if that's his bag, at off times
when he is not using the computer.
If he were to buy a cam. He could use it for other things as well.

The seti project is a waste of time. IMHO! Like if they were to have heard
anything, they would have by now.

IMO we wouldn't have heard anything by now. Universe is several
billion years old, and milky way a little more than half that. That's
a lot of time for life form to develop intelligence and travel beyond
the stars.

On Earth we have been looking in space with computers and radars for
what? 60 or 70 years? Most of the neighboring stars are not likely
to have life forms and if the planets further out did pick it up and
responded on the same radio, it'd still be decades before the answer
gets back to us.

Big ass space, primative & slow communication, no known means of
communicating faster than light speed, and very short time in space
exploration doesn't mean we can claim we're the only intelligent life
form in the whole damn space. We need more time or find a faster than
light speed method for communications.

Description (As Described by Photographer): I have some very interesting
UFO videos on DVD taken with unique thermal imaging camera system. The
video was made using a 760 thermal imaging camera. This is a rare and
expensive camera that has a broad range of temperature sensing. The
videos were made with settings spanning in the -60 to -5 degrees
Fahrenheit range, as indicated in the 760 data logger bar in the lower
part of the screen of the video. The camera does not detect visible
photons; it only reads very long wavelength invisible photons,
regardless of day or night viewing. The DVD recorder used to record the
video data is simply a $200 consumer unit.

One of my hobbies is astrophotography and I'm also a member of a local
astronomical group. I also have an infrared night vision monocular. I
was initially disappointed with using this thermal camera because it
could not resolve stars or other celestial object of interest other than
a minimal detection of the moon's surface. (This is due to our
atmosphere and space isolating heat transfer from very distant objects
to the camera imager.) Soon, a commercial jet flew overhead and the
camera resolved detail and heat with no problems. I set up the DVD
recorder to capture heat trails of aircraft and also hoped to capture
any meteors. Within minutes of using this camera, I recorded two very
low surface temperature (-30 degree) flying objects. One object looked
like a "boomerang" and the other like a "wing". Both were invisible to
the infrared night vision monocular and both were silent in operation.
They also moved very slow. About 30 minutes later the "boomerang" was
recorded again. The following nights I've recorded a flying "V" object
several times (see one of video footages above). The thermal imaging
device shows that the "V" objects have a very low temperature and no
audible propulsion. I also recorded something that looks like a "long
cigar" that changes shape. There are dozens of recordings of a higher
temperature flying "cylinders". These cylinders will "quantum leap" in
speed at what appears to be random. The videos are not a hoax, they are
genuine. I also took footage of two rising egg shaped objects (see above).

************************************************** ****************************

The last photo shows the whole installation for making those
recordings.
