Default Asus A8V Bios Upgrade.Hypertransport now runs at 1000Mhz

I upgraded my Asus A8V Deluxe today with the new 1009 BIOS.

However this have reduced the HyperTransport speed from 2000Mhz to 1000Mhz.

Any ideas why this and how fix.
