Default Extracting video from Logitech exe files?

I have some old videos that a friend sent years ago from her Logitech
Quickcam. They are packaged in .exe files that play automatically in
their own little Logitech viewer when launched. Does anyone know how I
can extract the raw video from these files? (and therefore decouple it
from the built-in Logitech viewer)
