I have one mouse on PS/2 (Logitech mouseman+) and trackball on USB (cordless
optical) and they are quite happy together. They use same driver, you can
use them both or one you feel like it. But i don't know, how would two
different brand devices cope together.

Win XP Pro. at first i've had normal mouse and drivers installed. When i
connected trackball to USB, i just wauted a few seconds and installation
went automatically. I just configured it and that's all. But i think that in
W 98 would also be fine, sine you must install logitech drivers in any OS.

Thanks
