Default GeForce 6600 TV-out / overlay problem

Hello. I was using my GeForce 6600 and 29 inch TV to watch videos in
the full screen mode. TV is the second display and it plays any videos
that are being played by my PC in the full screen mode.

All of sudden, full screen video output stops working - I also found
out that something's wrong with the overlay. If I zoom in when I play
the video I can see big pixels without any bilinear filtering or
interpolation.

I'm using Windows 2000 and tried ForceWare 81.98, 83.10 and 84.37 and
all of them have the same problem.

Have anybody experience a problem like this?

Is this because of UltraVNC - a remote control program?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Can you use a VMR mode instead of overlay? (i.e. Media Player Classic)
Does it pixelate as well? I have definitely heard of bugs with overlay
mode specifically on 6600's, but this one is new to me. Does it happen
in single display mode?

I just tried zooming the overlay from my TV tuner with a 6600GT AGP
using 84.25 and it's properly filtered (only one CRT connected).
