Default AIW +MMC + Windows XP + Microsoft Netmeeting = TV does not work

For all who do not know, why TV is not working though the testprogram does
not show a mistake:
If you use Netmeeting in the configuration mentioned above you cannot get TV
to work, as Netmeeting seems to block then video-overlay.

Whenever you want to watch TV you have to close Netmeeting.
