Default PowerPC is the choice for all new consoles

R420,

comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware.chips deals with the hardware chips used inside
"IBM PC compatible" computer systems. In other words, the PowerPC
platform is off-topic in comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware.chips.

Check http://sandpile.org/ for a list of processors that are topical here.

Could you, please, refrain from posting off-topic articles to this group?

[ Followup-To set to comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware.chips ]

You will *never* get that piece of **** to stop cross-posting. What sucks is
that even if you throw his ten year old ass in a kill-file, the flame wars
that always start with his bull**** crosspost still come through...so you have
to kill the thread completely.

You can try to report him to whatever service he's using at the time, but
he'll just come up with another email address, or alias, like he's done dozens
of times now.

He is, quite possibly, the lowest form of life on usenet...

Bel, quit holding it in like that. You need to learn to express yourself
more...

( Personally I find R420's postings amusing, but a purposeful email change
to avoid spam would put a different spin on things... ).

The answer is simple. Kill crossposts. Most trolls and other Usenet
vermin crosspost to 3 or more groups, I kill ALL crossposts at three
but kill specific crossposts where necessary. FOr instance in
alt.os.linux the trolls cross to alt.os.linux.advocacy, so I just kill
all articles crossed to any group with the word advocacy in it.

You just need to have a reader that supports full fledged scoring and a
server that allows use of the Xref: header.

Hey - I went back to November of last year and the email address (at least
as far as posting to the xbox forums are concerned) are the same as his
current one.

How far back are you going?
