Default hibernate and suspend with ati aiw

I have a ati aiw 9600xt that I had installed into a machine with
windows 2000. Once I put it in I was unable to have the machine go
into hibernate or suspend with the timer. I have since then updated
the Operating system to XP MCE 2005. Now when i first put in the card
hibernate and suspend both worked, but once I had installed the
drivers off the ati cd it stopped working again. Would anyone know
what is making this happen?

Old drivers. Get the new ones from ATI.

I have the latest drivers and MMC and still get the message that the ATI WDM
TV Tuner is preventing me from going into stand by.
