Default need to have running content from a group of files in the play list

need to have running content from a group of files in the play list
directory on server and be able to interrupt from a encoder from the
outside. this will be for the museums community journalism project.
we have a server with windows media services on it. need to solve
this... THIS Evening?? I will be awake till midnite AZ time...
