GeForce 5900FX OR Radeon 9800 pro (256 meg)

Myself, right now, I'd be in favor of the 9800 Pro over the 5900 Ultra. This coming from someone who absolutely loved Nvidia's offerings until the Detonator 4x.xx drivers came out.
