Default BIOS viewer or control from Windows?

I have a P5E, with V.02.61 of the American Megatrends BIOS.

Is there any application that can run in Windows that can look at the BIOS
settings? I'd like to try to experiment with installing some other OS and
that requires that I make some changes to the BIOS, and it would be nice to
capture the working settings I have now with my working Vista machine before
I take a chance and screw everything up.
