Scanjet 3970
I just had a hard drive reach it's end of life. Therefore I started from
scratch and reinstalled every thing on my computer. I have a problem with my Scanjet 3970 and HP Director software. When ever I try to do a scan I get a message "An unexpected error occurred..." wi9th hints to restart the program, reinstall the software... I went to the HP site and found some suggestions to try, but none worked. I can scan from software with a twain interface, but then I don't get to use the image adjustments from the scanning software. Anyone else had this happen? Thanks Al
