Default HD4770 Two Reference Designs

Interestingly, AMD prepared two reference designs for the HD4770. All the
big hardware review sites got the "media edition" with a good cooler and
better power regulation. The actual parts that appear in retail will likely
be the cheaper design (note the deleted capacitors and other components).
