Abit IC7-G boot problem, Help!!!!

Hi,

My abit ic7-g won't bootup, don't know why, i was using as corsair
XMS3200 for a while then when i tied to boot up one all the fans come on
and the HD span up but the led on the memory does nothing.

i've check the cpu and the power suppile put they all fine. i was using
a corsair XMS3200 then tied a corsair XMS4000, tried that in Dimm 1,
did'nt boot tried it on dimm 3 and it booted up but when i shut the pc
down it wouldn't boot up again.

i am out of ideas, please help

levicom 450 psu
western digital 120g 7200rpm

Did you try to reset your cmos?
