Default ATI HDTV Wonder, where to get decoder?

The HDTV Wonder decoder is on the ATI website.
Problem is that you can't download it unless you already have it? WTF???

No, I don't have the CD.

WatchHDTV looks promising, but it also needs a decoder.
Alternatives to make this card work with XPSP2?
Thanks, mike

I'm in the same shoes now regarding not having the install CD for this.
Does anybody still have the iso for the ATI HDTV Wonder install cd? It
looks like most of the torrents are dead. Any help would be greatly
appreciated!
