Default Xelo GeForce4 MX440 to ???? what is the best upgrade for reasonable $$$$

I have a Xelo G4MX440 and am looking for the best bang for my buck as
an upgrade....
My basic use is Morrowind/Quake2/simcity3K/NFS:PU......What do you
guys suggest as a moderate $$$ upgrade?
My system is :
AMD 2400+
512Mb PC2100
Shuttle AN35-400 MB
Turtle Beach Santa Cruz S/C
Xelo 128Mb G4 MX440 Video.......

What do you experts suggest......??????
