Default Replacement for Asus P4t-E motherboard

Hi,
I've got a Asus P4t-E which died last morning, and I'm looking for a
replacement for this mobo.
It uses socket 478 and RDRAM. Is there any alternative I could use and
just put the cpu and memory into it without buying anything else?
Thank you
Loïc

Basically, RDRAM based motherboards are no longer produced that I know of.
