Invalid page fault using Nero Cover Designer (Nero Burning Rom 6)

Ok, I'm stumped. I just installed Nero 6 Ultra Edition today, and
applied the latest patch (6.0.0.19). Nero burning rom opens and
functions without any problems at all. But when I went to open Nero
Cover Designer, it fails with an Invalid Page fault. The exact error
is:

I'm using Win98SE on an Asus A7V333 with 512MB Ram, and a Matrox
Millennium G550 graphics card. All searches both on Google and the
Ahead software web site have turned up zip for this particular error.
Anyone out there able to clue me in on what the problem is? TIA to all.
