Default Call of Duty Crashes on TI4200

Hi All,

I have a P4 with 256 MEG of RAM and a PNY GEFORCE TI4200. I was using
the latest 52.16 drivers, but have tried re-installing older drivers
as well with the same results.

I'll be in the game for 15 seconds or so, start to see some weird
colors on the screen and then the whole things wigs out and crashes.
MOHAA: Breakthrough runs fine, it is only call of duty that is doing
this.

Is anyone else having a problem? I've been waiting for this game a
while and this is depressing I've tried going back to the 42.XX
drivers to no avail. I've also tried setting the audio to basic
acceleration as well as running the game in safe mode. Same thing
happens everytime.

Thanks for any help!

It sounds like the problem many Radeon users have with the latest drivers.
Try disabling fastwrites and undo any overclocking..

getting better
