Default Upgrade advise.. from pent 3 2.6 system to atalon 3500+ system.

Hey guys.. I read some good reviews of a HP system running a athlon 3500+,
and wanted to know compared to my old pent 4 2.6 ghz system, if I'll see
much of a performance boost?

The old system is running a 9600 ati aiw card, and the new system is ruging
the ati pcexpress 200 onboard graphics.

I run ut2004, plus graphic apps like lightwave photoshop, ect.

any feedback? trying to decide if this new system will stay or go...
