The feeling you get from playing Quake 4 on all high last way longer

I am still feeling all shiney and new and happy and I'll bet that's gonna
last for the rest of the week/month/probably year.

It's good to know that my machine will chew through anything people can
throw at it.

As many I am looking forward to Enemy Territory: Quake Wars.

I think it might suck because ET kinda sucked.

People/models moved/animated all faggy like etc. I don't like that so
much.

I hope Quake Wars will be very cool and though-looking but not over the
top
that would make it a bit over-acted you know.

Also the gameplay of ET was too arcade like... to baby like. I hope it
will
be better and more realistic.

Fingers crossed. Me hopes Quake Wars surprises me just as Quake 4 did

Yeah i second that, FEAR is the best FPS ive ever played! Requires a good
vid ad cpu tho, bit of a hog, but ull c, it's worth it!

Glad ya liked Quake4. I liked most of it, didn't care for the arcady like
shooting gallery of the hover tank parts. The graphics and sound are
great. I played it first on a 6800GT, then replayed on 7800GTX SLI.
Even
better. Far smoother. Quake4 went kinda fast, like Doom3 for me. Easy
to get into.
Right now, if you're wanting to push your new rig, I'd suggest FEAR and
Oblivion, maxed out Good games, great visual and audio.

Have you played Quake 4 single player full and finished it ?

I look at screenshots of f.e.a.r and can't help but feel the game is a bit
dull ?

Always the same etc ?

I haven't played fear though.

Can you tell me some more about the story... what's it about or would that
spoil it as well ?

So far I see mostly soldiers and more or less the same decors everytime.

Quake 4 however has many different decors/scenes/enviroments etc.

This game (F.E.A.R) sucks bad. I only played multiplayer and I am not going
to play single player because I already know it will suck just as bad by
looking at the screenshots.

Very boring.

I can recommend ET: TCE if you like these sort of games.

F.E.A.R has a real newbish feel to it.

If you like F.E.A.R than you most have played very little shooters.

Okdokie dude.

I hope you have a fast pc so you can enjoy it at all maximed out.

Also the game is kinda short and probably has little replay value.

But it's one hell of rite.

It's definetly the best shooter game (single-player wise) I have ever
played.

It's truely a master piece.

I hope to see a sequal to it and I hope the newer games will just be like
it... and maybe even better.
