Just check their feedback rating.
I have bought two lots of memory which were *prefect* and
very cheap.
It they get 1or 2 complaints in a hundred thats probably better than
most household names, which incidently don't have the guts to
publish a feedback rating. If they did I imagine few would score more
than 70%.

Incidently I got 128meg edo for £10 inc p&p.

But why not take the advice of that **** who recommended crucial memory
at $40 for 32meg thats $160 for 128meg.
To convert that back in to pounds at the current rates of 1.7950 thats
£89.13
which is nine times what I paid. (Price also includes p&p - lol )

So you can either 'risk it' on ebay or go with the idiot who advised

However I don't think you will make such a saving on DDR memory

What type of memory are you looking for?

A little while ago memory was dirt cheap since there was a huge glut
of memory like CDRs.

They were giving away 2100 all the time free after rebate at some
places and there were lots of sales.

Sure back then 2700 and 3200 mem was fairly expensive and it has come
down a bit since then but now 2100 if its not on sale is being sold at
ridiculous prices and 3200 and 2700 has come down on avg but its never
been dirt cheap like 2100 and it can actually range from OK to gross
out in price nowadays as prices have firmed for all mem and even
started rising it seems.

If you get the really top brands its gross !
The prices are really really high.

Even the second tier brands that arent generic mem but not top names
can range from OK on sale to really high.

Unless you need some really super quality mem for some pent or AMD 64
or something you can get Kingston value ram at

Duuno if they have any DDR up right now, sometimes they do sometimes they
don't. But I've bought all my laptop parts (including memory) from ebay
user: adeal.com They're good.
