Default Matrox Registration for RT X10

Hello friends,
someone could help me ?
I bought one used RT X10 videoediting Matrox card.
Now I need a patch for the compatibility of the video card with Adobe
Premiere Pro 2, but the seller doesn't remember his account to
unsubscribe the card in the Matrox Database and allow me to subscribe
the card under my name.

Has someone a suggestion ?

Cristian
