Default CMOS Battery for Acer Extensa 501DX

The battery finally gave out on this older machine. Would like to
know where to look in the machine for the battery. Also is the
battery wired in or a cell type?

Thanks,

Tom

Default CMOS Battery for Acer Extensa 501DX

Found a web site for Acer Support:

http://www.acerpanam.com/synapse/for...PanAm .com/us

Got a diagram of insides of a notebook. Not the Extensa, but gives me
an idea of what I will find if can get the Extensa apart.
