Not only is it ridiculously overpriced at $569 (Retail = $1249!)
You cannot buy it if you're from Massachusetts! Weird. Is it because
they're too liberal or something?

How do You know it's overpriced? Just because it costs more than Your
average Geforce or Radeon gaming card?

FYI: these are professional gfx cards, no gamer cards. These cards are made
for professional application like CAD, Simulations and such, and not for
games. All professional gfx cards like ATI FireGL and Nvidia Quadro are in
that price range. I have an QuadroFX2000 which currently costs 1300EUR
(that's somewhere like 1500US$) and an ATI FireGL X1-256p (around 800EUR
which is ~950USD)...

I wouldn't buy 3DLabs again for several reasons but I can't see how this is
overpriced...

Nonsense. These companies are gouging customers. Video cards are ridiculously
overpriced.
