Default ICP SCSI-RAID-Controller hides other PCI card BIOS

Hiya,

I got a ICP Vortex GDT6118RD U2W-RAID-Controller
and use it together with a Promise SX4000 IDE-RAID
PCI Controller Card.
Upon Boot only the ICP BIOS Screen shows up but the
Promise Controller Card BIOS doesnt.
(unless I remove the ICP card and use the Promise
card alone) so the IDE-RAID card remains unconfigured
after Booting.

The PCI 2.x Spec says the Mainboard BIOS is responsible
to copy the expansion ROM (BIOS) to Main memory for
every PCI device and execute it during the boot process.

So maybe a motherboard BIOS bug?
Or does the ICP card hide the Promise BIOS?

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Thomas

Try switching the cards between PCI slots.
