Default ASUS 5600 Videosuite cannot capture video after windows update 819696

Don't know if anyone else has had this problem. I did some searches of
usenet and could not find mention of it... but my Asus 9560 Videosuite
graphics card stopped being able to capture video on either the
s-video or composite video inputs after windows XP Pro installed the
819696 directX security fix.

Took me a while to figure out why it had stopped working. Plus lots of
grief with restoring back to various points then testing.

The error I was getting was Error "8007001f: cannot start graph".

Something to be aware of.
