GForce2 MX400 - CorelDRAW 9
"Mike Keller" wrote in message ... I am having alot of trouble with items rapidly dissapearing from CorelDRAW pages. Most often, with a small movement of document, view percentage, or object on the document, the entire page goes white (note the GUI, toolbars etc stay put). In tracing this problem backwards, it seems to have become a large problem a few months ago after updating drivers, I have since updated again to the current driver and still the problem exists. Is it possible to remove the current driver and reinstall the driver that came with my system - so I can rule out a driver problem with CorelDRAW???? Sure. Just uninstall your current driver and reinstall the older one. Make sure you follow the correct procedure for your OS. BTW: I have used several different video cards and dozens of different drivers with Corel 8 to Corel 11 and I've never had the problems you describe. Too_Much_Coffee ® I do have s everal other graphic applications, none experience this - only CorelDRAW (v9) My card is a G-Force MX400 with 64 meg ram. TIA Mike --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Version: 6.0.501 / Virus Database: 299 - Release Date: 7/14/2003 |

Thanks for the reply - I tired to uninstall the current driver, but my
system could not read the CD of the original??? Anyhow, I re-installed the current driver and the problem is still here. BUT, I did just discover if I use the side-to-side scroll bar/buttons, my stuff does come back Thanks again Mike "Too_Much_Coffee ®" wrote in message ... "Mike Keller" wrote in message ... You should also update your motherboard BIOS and drivers. If you use the VIA 4in1 drivers, you should update those also. Too_Much_Coffee ® Thanks again Mike "Too_Much_Coffee ®" wrote in message ...
