Default 44.67 drivers

I recently found on the internet the NVIDIA 44.67 beta drivers. I tried them
on my FX 5800 (non-ultra) card and there is significant improvement. I Just
wondered if anyone else has noticed the same?

regards

B

It still has the bug that began in 42.01 in which digital vibrance goes to
"low" for the secondary display each time a video is played.

They're not leaked, you can download 44.67 from both EVGA and PNY's
site. PNY also has under the Quadro driver 44.71 but it only works
with FX boards.

The term "leaked" is a bit of a misnomer, but these drivers
technically classify as "leaked" in the sense that ANY non-official
driver is called "leaked," and the 44.67's are still considered
"non-official" by nvidia. The latest "official" nvidia drivers as of
the moment I'm writing this are still 44.03, so any driver newer than

The 44.67 drivers were an official release from both PNY and EVGA. It
doesn't matter that the latest consumer release of a reference driver is
44.03. Card makers get access to more driver revisions than consumers do
because of their partnership with NVidia. A leaked driver is one that is
released against the wishes of the creator. NVidia doesn't have any such
prohibition in preventing its partners from releasing drivers.
