Clone mode with multiple frequencies
Hi All,
I'm using a an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro card on a Windows 2000 machine. Basically my problem is that I can't achieve a simultaneous analogue and digital output of the same screen region with different frequencies on the two outputs. ie. let's say I need 60Hz on the Analogue output and 75Hz on the digital for example. If I select the 'extend my desktop...' option, then I can set the output update frequencies ok, but obviously the display show different things. Alternatively, if I select 'clone' mode so that both outputs show the same image, it appears that it's not possible to set the frequencies of the two output independently. Does anybody know whether this card support sthis mode of operation?. Any comments or suggestions gratefully received. Ta, Dave |
