Default Help: Super Alien case front USB no work

My new Super-Alien case's front USB don't work. I buzzed out from the
mobo connector to the front ports, no continuity. ( mobo header works
fine, tried back usb bracket on it) . Before I start taking apart the
front, any help? I can just barely see the cable go up into around
where the printed circuit board holding the USB header.

"NEW" I wouldn't take it apart. Are the connectors a one piece setup or individual single wire type?

I took off the front panel and found they weren't connected at the
back of the USB connectors. Plugged them in to the header on the PC
board holding the USB jacks, all set now!

that's seems to be poor quality control to me. Your spending allot more money than most for a case, you would figure that it would
be plug and play as far as the connectors go. Glad it ended up something easy.
